Job Description

As a Junior Associate , your responsibilities will include :

Legal Research and Analysis : Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on a wide range of legal issues, including complex case law, statutes, and regulations.

Case Preparation : Draft legal documents, including but not limited to, pleadings, motions, petitions, briefs, and legal opinions. Assist in preparing for court hearings, arbitration proceedings, and negotiations.

Client Communication : Maintain regular communication with clients, providing them with updates on their cases and offering clear, concise legal advice.

Court and Administrative Appearances : Represent clients in court and before various administrative bodies, including but not limited to, the national police, public prosecutor's office, and other government agencies.

File Management : Manage case files, ensuring all documents are well-organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible.

Collaboration : Work closely with our lawyers and partners on complex cases, contributing to strategic planning and case execution.

Business Development : Assist in business development activities, such as preparing proposals and presentations for potential clients.

Candidate Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Law (S.H.) from a reputable Indonesian university with a minimum GPA of 3.0.

Having1-3 years of practical experience in a law firm, with a proven track record in litigation, dispute resolution, arbitration, and corporate and commercial law.

In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Civil and Criminal Law, Bankruptcy, and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligation (PKPU) procedures, Arbitration, as well as other relevant litigation practice areas.

Expected Skills :

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.

Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

A proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of multitasking under deadlines.

Having an active advocate license from PERADI or other legitimate Indonesian advocates organizations is a strong plus.
