Dayalima Recruitment, on behalf of our client a reputable Japanese manufacturing company based in Cikarang is currently looking for a Sales Engineering Manager to join their team.

Job Description :

• Develop annual Company Business Plan
• Develop Sales Operational Plan and monthly updating
• Manage and controlling routine job of sales team such as (collect P / O, receive drawing, distribute drawing to Production Engineering, maintain customer drawing,)
• Sourcing special steel for the project together with Purchasing.
• Organize schedule and keep production target with PPIC
• Controlling customer order together with PPIC
• Manage communication window with customers
• Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company’s products or services
• Manage Sales collection of account receivable
• Handle customer complain.
