Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related medical / science field. Minimum 2–5 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably within cardiology, interventional, or cath lab segments. Maximum age of 40 years. A strong existing network among cardiologists, interventional specialists, and hospital procurement teams is a significant advantage. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region. Medical Device Rep — Sales Manager (Cardiology)
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build strong, long‑term relationships with cardiologists, interventional cardiologists, physicians, cath lab nurses, and purchasing departments.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and in‑service training in cath labs and hospitals.
- Provide real‑time clinical and technical support during procedures when required.
- Identify new business opportunities, hospital tenders, and partnership initiatives.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales forecasts, and CRM updates.
- Collaborate closely with product management, logistics, and clinical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up‑to‑date with competitors, emerging technologies, and cardiology trends.
