About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager (Medical Device) to join our client team. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our innovative medical devices in the West Jakarta region. With a focus on building strong relationships with healthcare providers, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving our ambitious growth targets.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase market share for our medical device products.
• Proactively identify and engage with potential customers, such as hospitals, clinics, and medical centres.
• Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring the timely delivery of products and exceptional customer service.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and inform product development.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns.
• Provide regular sales reports and analysis to the management team.
• Mentor and train a team of sales representatives to enhance their skills and performance.
