Work location : Conrad Bali & HGI Bali Nusa Dua – Jakarta Sales Office.

Responsibilities

• The Cluster Sales Manager for Conrad Bali & HGI Bali Nusa Dua - Jakarta Sales Office supports the overall strategic management of the hotel by establishing effective working relationships with senior colleagues, in particular the General Manager, Director of Operations, Director of Finance and Director of Human Resources. This role will provide support and advice to the General Manager in strategic planning and overall business goals relating to Business Development issues of the brand and the hotel as well as maintain the corporate standards, brand integrity and hotel image.
• To do daily sales calls to all market segments in Jakarta such as : Embassy, Government, Corporate Companies (Banking, Consumer Goods, Pharmacy, Advertising, Oil, Consultants, etc.), Travel Agent, PCO / EO, etc. to chase potential MICE business.
• To do sales calls occasionally to expand new potential business.
• To maintain a good relationship with existing accounts and keep updating newest packages and special promos.
• Assisting Reactive Team to chase and follow up existing MICE leads.
• To respond to all inquiries to Jakarta Sales Office for FIT & MICE.
• Work together with the Sales Manager (Domestic) in Bali to engage key wholesalers and consortium agents to boost FIT bookings and stimulate the market.
• Work together with the Sales Manager (Domestic) in Bali to collaborate with Banking Companies, Golf Courses, and Malls to have join promos for more exposure.
• To monitor collateral and gifts for Jakarta Sales Office stock.
• To submit weekly sales call reports to DOS.
• To submit JSO monthly expense reports to Accounting.
• To participate in special sales related projects as directed by DOS.
• Occasionally to conduct hotel presentations to Travel Agents in cooperation with wholesalers.
