AYANA Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team. As the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company revenue goals. You will also oversee the sales and marketing team, manage key accounts, and build strong relationships with clients and industry partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets
• Manage and lead the sales and marketing team, providing guidance, training, and support
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners
• Identify market trends and opportunities to maximize business growth
• Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance, making adjustments as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing strategies
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners
• Knowledge of current market trends and industry best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Indonesian citizen only
