Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in senior sales / marketing leadership roles in hospitality
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and market share growth
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
• Strong network within corporate and travel agency sectors
