About the Job : Senior Marketing Manager

LINE WEBTOON is opening a position for Senior Marketing Manager. This position will work with our team in Indonesia and global counterpart in WEBTOON HQ in South Korea, to help LINE WEBTOON become the best digital comic platform in Indonesia.

As a member of the Marketing team , you will be able to drive our brand’s growth and market presence. In this role, your primary focus will be to establish a strong market presence whilst collaborate closely with WEBTOON Producers, Design, and Operation teams.

In this position, you will be a part of the team who initiate, drive, lead and implement marketing and communication strategy in alignment with business strategies. If you truly enjoy reading WEBTOON and understand the market, this role is perfect for you!

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel marketing campaigns
• Define and execute data-driven marketing strategies and programs to acquire users, drive engagement, and deliver measurable impact across key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Lead end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives as part of cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
• Closely monitoring performance of assigned campaigns, define areas of improvement, and assist in initiating marketing activities for WEBTOON app on both internal and external media channels
