Overview
Build and maintain effective relationships with customers and distribution partners to ensure long-term collaboration and growth. Handle modern trade (MT) markets by managing relationships, negotiations, and execution across key modern retail channels. Meet or exceed sales goals assigned for key accounts by executing strategic plans and initiatives. Actively promote new product offerings and conduct regular business reviews with accounts to evaluate product performance versus competitors. Develop, propose, and implement promotional programs, marketing initiatives, and in-store activations in close coordination with the brand and supply chain teams. Prepare accurate reports and presentations on account performance, market trends, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
