Job Purpose
To drive business growth by identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and supporting the expansion of healthcare services, products, and corporate collaborations for Siloam Hospitals Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities (corporate, BUMN, insurance, community, partnerships).
- Develop proposals, presentations, and business cases to support client acquisition and partnership deals.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing corporate clients and strategic partners.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and potential growth areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance, clinical teams) to execute business initiatives.
- Monitor business development performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or corporate relations (healthcare industry preferred).Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.#J-18808-Ljbffr
