As part of our continued growth in Indonesia and our mission to strengthen our position as a leading beauty and personal care group, SKINTIFIC is hiring a Regional Sales Analytics Assistant Manager .
This role plays a pivotal part in supporting our sales organization by turning regional data into actionable insights, ensuring data accuracy, and enabling business decisions that drive growth across regions. You’ll work closely with sales, trade marketing, and supply chain teams to connect numbers with strategy—and strategy with execution.
What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze regional sales performance to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and forecasts for business reviews.
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights to guide sales strategy and execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Support automation and data visualization initiatives using tools like LookerStudio or Power BI.
- Partner with regional sales and trade marketing teams to evaluate performance and provide recommendations.
- Deliver insights through visual storytelling and easy-to-understand presentations.
- Track and evaluate the impact of implemented sales initiatives or programs.
- Act as the bridge between data analytics and field execution.
25% – Process Improvement & Support to Manager
Assist the Sales Analytics Manager in regional reporting and strategic planning.Contribute to continuous improvement in sales reporting systems and workflow processes.Support the training and development of junior analysts on data handling and visualization.What You’ll Need to Succeed
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales analytics, commercial planning, or field sales within the FMCG industry.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, or related fields from a reputable university.Strong analytical mindset with excellent command of Excel / Google Sheets ; familiarity with Power BI, SQL, or Python is a plus.Proven ability to synthesize data into clear, actionable business insights.Good communication and presentation skills, comfortable working with cross-functional teams.Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying performance improvement areas.Fluent in English (written and spoken).At SKINTIFIC , we believe great business decisions are powered by data-driven insight and collaboration.
