Funding Officer will focus on seeking funds in the selected area. The scope of work is not only seeking funds but also administrative for funding process, managing funds and maintaining good relationships with customers, both new and existing.
Responsibilities
- Find new customer prospects and maintain existing customers, ensuring they are informed about the bank's services / products.
- Conduct visits, build relationships, and communicate with customers to increase loyalty and foster mutually beneficial relationships by offering bank products and services that match the customers' needs.
- Proactively pursue self‑development to meet competency requirements relevant to the job.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues while providing excellent service.
- Perform special assignments as required and / or directed by superiors.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree; a Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, or any related major is preferred.Comprehensive knowledge and strong experience in fundraising in the banking industry.Proven experience in building customer loyalty.Ability to develop a personal network with customers.Excellent interpersonal and time‑management skills.Benefits
