About the Role

The Head of Treasury, Liquidity, and Governance oversees the company’s cash flow, funding, and financial risk management, ensuring resources are available to meet business needs. This role leads teams responsible for liquidity planning, bank reconciliations, and middle office controls, while maintaining strong relationships with banking partners. They set policies and governance frameworks to safeguard assets, ensure compliance, and optimize treasury operations. Through strategic oversight, they provide management with clear insights to support sound financial decision-making.

What You Will Do

• Lead and oversee treasury teams responsible for cash & Liquidity management, bank reconciliation and middle office operations.
• Provide strategic direction on cash flow forecasting, funding strategies and liquidity optimization.
• Ensure daily cash positions and liquidity needs are accurately monitored and met.
• Oversee accurate and timely bank account reconciliation across all entities
• Maintain strong relationships with banking partners and negotiate optimal banking arrangements.
• Develop and maintain treasury policies, procedures and best practices and ensure treasury activities comply with internal policies and external regulations
• Mentor and develop treasury team members to enhance capability and performance.

The Corporate Treasury and Financial Operations team is responsible for managing the company’s liquidity, cash flow, banking relationships, and financial risk. The team oversees daily cash operations, funding strategies, and ensures efficient execution of payments and financial transactions. It plays a critical role in supporting the company’s financial stability and operational efficiency.
