Job Overview

The Regional Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing onsite technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting services for cryogenic equipment and systems for customers within the assigned region. This role requires hands on experience, strong knowledge and experience in cryogenic systems, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Technical Support : Provide expert onsite technical guidance and support to customers on the installation, operation, and maintenance of cryogenic equipment and systems.

• Troubleshooting : Identify and diagnose issues with cryogenic systems, utilizing advanced troubleshooting techniques to ensure efficient problem resolution while minimizing downtime.
• Maintenance Services : Perform routine and scheduled maintenance activities on cryogenic systems, including inspections, calibration, and replacement of components or parts as necessary.
• On-site Repairs : Respond to customer requests for on-site repairs promptly and effectively, utilizing appropriate tools, equipment, and resources to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Customer Training : Conduct training sessions for customers on the safe and proper operation of cryogenic equipment and systems, ensuring compliance with OEM and industry standards and regulations.
• Documentation : Prepare timely field trouble reports, maintain accurate and comprehensive service records, including equipment history, repair reports, and customer interaction details, to facilitate effective communication and future reference.
• Safety Compliance : Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for both yourself and customers during service visits.
• Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest OEM technological advancements and industry trends related to cryogenic systems through ongoing training and self-development, applying this knowledge to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
