Job descriptionProvide support for the company’s IT operational needs. Troubleshoot issues related to company devices and systems. Ensure IT asset records are properly maintained and kept up to date. Deliver timely IT support for software-related issues in accordance with SLA through the ticketing system. Perform installation, configuration, and updates of both software and hardware as required. Handle basic network issues (LAN, WiFi, printer sharing, etc.). Provide basic technical guidance to users (IT literacy & best practices). Assist the IT team in system implementation projects or upgrades. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Informatics Technology. Minimum 1 year experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply). Basic knowledge and skills in IT troubleshooting and networking. Strong interpersonal skills. Honest, with integrity, persistence, attention to detail, and the ability to work neatly and in a structured manner. Customer-oriented with a positive attitude. Initiative-driven, with a willingness to make improvements and build strong relationships with users.
