Job descriptionProvide IT technical support to end-users To perform trouble shooting for the computer problems Support software and hardware installation Support telephone & Server System and all upgrade efforts, including internet, wireless topology, pabx, mail server, etc. Established and build relationship with local IT vendors Perform routine task as maintenance, check list, maintain asset, etc.
Requirements :
1. Male / Female max. 28 years old
2. Bachelor Degree in IT, Information system, or related
3. Min. 3 years experiences in IT Support
4. Required skills : strong logical and analytical problem solving skill
5. Having good self motivation, good leadership, fast learner, good attitude, and able to work as a team, and good administration skill.
6. Experience with ERP, SQL server, Delphi 5, mikrotik, and windows server.
