Production Printing Press Section Head

Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Industrial / Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in production, with at least 2 years in a supervisory / section head role; preferably in printing & packaging. Strong knowledge of printing processes. Skilled in production planning, process control, and efficiency improvement (OEE, downtime, cost saving). Familiar with quality standards (ISO 9001, etc) and basic machine troubleshooting. Leadership skills to manage operators / technicians and coordinate with PPIC, QA, Maintenance, and Warehouse. Good decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills. Able to work with targets and deadlines; willing to work shifts if required. Familiar with production monitoring systems. High integrity, detail-oriented, and result-driven.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage production activities, ensuring adherence to targets and deadlines.
- Plan production, monitor processes, and drive efficiency improvements (OEE, downtime reduction, and cost savings).
- Coordinate with PPIC, QA, Maintenance, and Warehouse; supervise operators / technicians.
- Maintain familiarity with production monitoring systems and basic machine troubleshooting.
- Adhere to quality standards (ISO 9001, etc.) and promote continuous improvement.
