Responsibilities

Provide legal guidance on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters within the tire or mining industry.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Ensure compliance with local, national, and international laws and regulations.
Manage legal risks related to business operations and transactions.
Advise management on legal implications of business decisions and strategies.
Represent the company in legal matters, including disputes and litigation.
Work closely with internal teams (e.g., HR, finance, operations) to ensure legal compliance across departments.
Keep up to date with industry-specific legal trends, regulations, and best practices.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Law (S1), with a Master’s in Law (preferred)

At least 3 years of experience in a legal role, preferably within the tire, lubricant or technology industry

Strong knowledge of commercial, corporate, and regulatory law in the industry.

Experience in contract negotiation, dispute resolution, and compliance matters.

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Proficiency in legal research and staying updated on relevant laws.
