We are looking for a high-caliber Director of Marketing and PR solutions, Indonesia, to be in charge of our marketing / PR agency expansion in Indonesia. This primarily involves developing and implementing strategies to incubate and strengthen the company’s market presence in Indonesia.

Responsibilities include : business development, pitch and RfP management, client relationship, media planning & briefing as well as operations. The overall prior knowledge and network in digital, social, media, public relations and events management are essential.

The successful candidate will work closely with the management team to drive the growth of the firm’s expansion in Southeast Asia. The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset as it involves a launch of a new country office.

Focus on Digital

The Director will play a key role in shaping and executing our digital marketing strategies in Indonesia. This individual will oversee social media, influencer, and video marketing initiatives while driving content and performance marketing campaigns. The role requires a mix of creativity, strategic thinking, and technical expertise, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and entrepreneurial spirit.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Influencer Marketing :

• Manage social media accounts for clients, including strategy development, content creation, and audience engagement.
• Design and structure social media campaigns to align with client goals and KPIs.
• Collaborate with influencers to execute impactful campaigns.
