Head of Business (Smart Mobility / Clean Energy Infrastructure)

  • Lead the formulation and execution of business development strategies tailored to the local market.
  • Identify and engage with key stakeholders including government bodies, infrastructure operators, property developers, logistics providers, and institutional partners.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of strategic projects - from site selection and feasibility analysis to regulatory compliance, implementation, and operational handover.
  • Drive revenue generation and meet commercial targets through both public sector collaborations and private enterprise initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including engineering, product, legal, and operations to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and policy developments that may impact business performance.
  • Represent the organization in high-level meetings, industry forums, and public engagements.
  • Provide regular updates to the CEO and executive leadership on progress, risks, and strategic opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Indonesian local. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Infrastructure Management, or a related discipline;MBA or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • 10–15 years of experience in business development or commercial leadership, preferably within Smart Mobility / Clean Energy, vehicle charging infrastructure, energy infrastructure, or mobility sectors .
  • Demonstrated success in launching or scaling business operations.
  • Strong grasp of regulatory frameworks, stakeholder engagement, and strategic project execution.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in local language(s) is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the country and occasionally across Southeast Asia.
