Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Specialist to support the company’s legal and compliance functions. This role will handle contract drafting, licensing, corporate legal matters, employment legal issues, dispute resolution, intellectual property management, and legal education across departments. The ideal candidate is structured, has strong legal knowledge, and is capable of working cross-functionally.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and standardize contracts (procurement, logistics, vendor agreements, MoU, addendum).
- Monitor and manage company licenses (NIB, TDUP, SIUJP, etc.), including renewal and new applications.
- Handle corporate legal documentation (AD / ART changes, shareholder updates, coordination with notary and government institutions).
- Support employment legal matters (work contracts, termination, dispute resolution, mediation).
- Assist in litigation and dispute processes, including legal opinions, case documentation, and arbitration support.
- Conduct legal due diligence and investigations (vendor, fraud, conflict of interest).
- Manage intellectual property rights (trademark, patent, copyright registration, monitoring, enforcement).
- Provide legal education and awareness programs (training, regulatory updates, internal bulletins).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Law (SH); Master’s degree is a plus.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in corporate legal, compliance, or similar role.Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, labor law, and intellectual property.Experience liaising with government institutions, notaries, and regulators.Excellent drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Mandarin is an advantage).Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.Seniority level
