V-Green Indonesia is looking for a detail-oriented Legal Specialist to support the legal and regulatory aspects of our EV charging station development across Indonesia.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive legal and land due diligence to support lease agreements for the installation of EV charging stations, ensuring all land and building documentation is valid, complete, and compliant.
- Review, draft, and localize business cooperation contracts received from HQ (Vietnam) to ensure full compliance with Indonesian regulations.
- Manage and coordinate licensing and permitting processes with ESDM and other relevant government institutions to ensure operational readiness.
- Coordinate and liaise directly with external counsels and relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of standard legal templates, contract guidelines, and compliance documents to support scalable legal operations.
- Support dispute resolution, where applicable, by providing legal insights and coordinating with external litigation counsel.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Law from a reputable university in Indonesia (2–5 years PQE preferred).Strong experience in corporate legal work, especially contracts and land due diligence.Familiarity with regulatory requirements for infrastructure or energy-related projects, particularly ESDM licensing.Demonstrated experience in using the OSS (Online Single Submission) system, preparing PKKPR (Approval for Spatial Utilization Suitability), and creating polygon maps is a strong advantage.Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills.Good interpersonal and communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Proactive, hands-on, and collaborative attitude in dealing with cross-functional teams, especially Business Development and Operations.CV send to : #J-18808-Ljbffr
