Job Description
- Develop and execute creative, data-driven social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Plan, create, and publish compelling content to support online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Campaign, Creative, and Production) to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
- Actively participate in content production, including on-camera roles as host / creator, featuring both internal and external guests.
- Lead and manage creator partnerships and brand collaborations to drive content innovation and reach.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, viral content formats, and pop culture, and create “riding the wave” content to maintain brand relevance and timeliness.
- Maintain content readiness and responsiveness over weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for timely content uploads and engagement.
- Grow and manage social media communities, fostering meaningful conversations and customer interaction.
- Analyze content performance, provide insights, and refine strategies based on platform analytics and KPIs.
- Deliver regular performance reports (weekly & monthly) highlighting social media initiatives and digital marketing campaign outcomes to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in Social Media or Digital Marketing, ideally within the watch, fashion, or luxury lifestyle sectors.Strong knowledge and passion for horology and luxury fashion culture.Proven ability to grow and manage brand social media accounts with measurable success.Skilled in storytelling, visual design direction, video scripting, and trend identification.Comfortable on-camera with experience in content creation and hosting.Up-to-date with platform algorithms, best practices, and emerging digital trends.Proactive and adaptable, able to create timely content and stand by for weekend uploads and social interactions.Analytical mindset with the ability to translate metrics into actionable strategies.Strong portfolio or case studies showcasing campaign success and content innovation.
