• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a training, learning, or people development role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs for all levels of hotel staff.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
