General Manager of Construction

As a General Manager of Construction at China Construction Shenzhen Decoration Co., Ltd , you will oversee all construction projects and operations, including the head office, in Indonesia. This is a full-time, permanent position where you will play a crucial role in the strategic direction and growth of the business.

What you'll do

Oversee the Indonesia head office and all construction projects.

Lead construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

Develop and implement efficient project management processes.

Manage client and stakeholder relationships to ensure seamless project delivery.

Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track.

Manage budgets and financial performance to maximize profitability.

Foster a safe, collaborative, and positive work culture.

Contribute to the strategic planning and business development initiatives.

What you're bringing

Experience : You have over 8 years of experience in a senior construction management role, preferably in the commercial or residential sector.

Skills : You have a proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish, with excellent project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. You also have strong business and financial management expertise.

Communication : You have exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English is a must, and Mandarin is a plus.

Education : You have a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
