QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum D3 / S1 (Bachelor’s degree) in any major; preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, or Management (from reputable universities)
• Minimum GPA of 3.00; maximum age 30 years old
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position (preferred), fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Able to use Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
• Good command of English for basic conversation and writing
• Fast and accurate in processing text‑ and number‑based data
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Goal‑oriented and focused on achieving measurable results
• Honest, detail‑oriented, multitasking, highly committed, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
