What You’ll Be Responsible For :

As an LTE / 5G Network Engineer, you’ll lead the planning, deployment, and fine-tuning of advanced mobile networks. Your mission : deliver exceptional performance, reliability, and user experience across LTE and 5G platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and implement LTE and 5G network architecture with a focus on scalability and integration

Conduct radio network planning, frequency allocation, and interference mitigation

–>

Optimize network parameters to enhance coverage, capacity, and quality

–>

Perform drive tests and analyze KPIs to ensure compliance with performance benchmarks

–>

Use advanced software tools for coverage modeling, data analysis, and RAN troubleshooting

–>

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support rollout and enhancement projects

What We’re Looking For :

Proven experience in LTE / 5G network engineering

–>

Strong analytical skills and hands-on expertise with RF planning tools

Familiarity with drive test equipment and KPI reporting platforms

Ability to work independently and in team environments

–>
