Overview
Lead senior-level recruitment for core positions in Factory (Production Manager, Quality Control Lead) and Marketing (Regional Sales Manager, Brand Manager). Build and manage recruitment channels, oversee interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding of key talent.
Responsibilities
- Lead senior-level recruitment : Drive recruitment for core positions in Factory (Production Manager, Quality Control Lead) and Marketing (Regional Sales Manager, Brand Manager). Target local FMCG / Cosmetics companies, build and manage recruitment channels (headhunters, industry associations), and oversee interviews, salary negotiations, and timely onboarding of key talent.
- Build talent pipelines : Develop and maintain candidate pools for frequently required roles (e.g., Marketing Specialist, Production Technician) to ensure a sustainable supply of talent.
- Develop HR systems : Establish recruitment, compensation & benefits, and performance management frameworks in compliance with Indonesian labor regulations. Build a solid foundation for employee relations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field.Minimum 5–7 years of HR management experience, with proven expertise in recruitment within the FMCG / Cosmetics industry.Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations; skilled in headhunting for senior positions and salary package negotiations.Fluent in Chinese; proficiency in English and / or Indonesian required.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Willingness to be based on-site in Jakarta & Semarang, with flexibility to travel as required.Ability to quickly understand business needs and match them with top talent from target companies.Seniority level
