Job descriptionPendidikan minimal D4 / S1 Teknik Mesin, Teknik Elektro, atau Teknik Mekatronika. IPK minimal 3,00. Terbuka untuk Fresh Graduate. Memiliki kemampuan kepemimpinan yang baik. Aktif berorganisasi. Bersedia ikatan dinas selama 2 tahun. Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift. Bersedia dipindah tugas sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan.
Yang akan kamu lakukan
Tugas dan tanggung jawab kamu :
- Melakukan pengendalian dan koordinasi untuk mencapai target produksi packaging (preform, cap & handle grip).
- Memastikan setiap mesin dapat beroperasi secara normal.

Kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan :
Training & Pengembangan Diri
Selama periode training, kamu akan mengikuti pelatihan intensif selama 6 bulan yang mencakup pengembangan soft skills dan hard skills terkait proses produksi dan operasional di Factory Mayora.
Jenjang Karir
Setelah lulus periode training, kamu akan ditugaskan sebagai Unit Head di salah satu factory Mayora Group.
