HSSE Manager

Job Descriptions :

• Has direct responsibility for compliance and enforcement of pertinent HSSE legislation and HSSE management system in all companys Indonesian work sites;
• Gives guidance to management, the workforce and contractors on HSSE issues.
• Provides single point of contact for all aspects of HSSE legislation, regulations and company standards and guidelines. Maintains a current register of legislation and company standards / Guidelines. Keep full electronic and hard copy of all statutory permits, consents etc and all relevant HSSE documents.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with regulatory authorities and industrial organisation and represent company to actively participate in the development of reasonable and achievable regulations and standards.
• Advises on content and implementation of all HSSE MS procedures and guidelines. Ensures and verifies implementation of the company HSSE Management System (HSSE MS) to management.
• Immediately communicates to management and / or designated workers, any work situation which he / she has good reason to consider to be a danger to the safety and health of workers and the environment or a fire hazard, as well as any deficiencies in protection systems.
