Responsibilities
- Resolving IT support requests from employees
- Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems
- Changing configurations, settings and permissions to fix computer issues
- Generating sign ins for new hires during the onboarding process
- Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed
- Updating employees on the status of their service requests
- Logging all service requests and updating tickets as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or computer sciencePrevious experience as an IT Support for 1+ yearsThe ability to work well with othersHaving experience using MS Intune / MS365Knowledge of computer operating systems, hardware, software, network and serverAnalytical thinking skillsThorough and pay attention to detailAble to use a computer and the main software packages confidentlyWilling to be placed in a banking or financial company and Indonesia areaHaving certification is a mustSeniority level
