Qualifications :

• Proven leadership experience overseeing hotel sales strategy and key accounts
• Strong background in Corporate / MICE / Government segments with measurable revenue growth
• Ability to build, coach, and motivate a results-driven sales team
• Excellent negotiation, networking, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia with strong presentation skills
