Purpose of Position

  • Develop and implement the commercial strategy for our brands (Dobla & IRCA) for the Indonesian market, reporting to the Head of Sales, to achieve the commercial objectives in terms of sales and gross margin. Taking care and building relationships with customers.
  • Description of Main Activities / Responsibilities

  • Implement the commercial strategy in Indonesia based on the guidelines received.
  • Manage relationships and collaboration with the customers (distributors and direct users) effectively and in line with the company objectives.
  • Develop and implement customers and area plans.
  • Identify the drivers to manage the growth of the territory.
  • Monitor and develop the distribution network inside the territory / area.
  • Provide technical and commercial information to the distributors' sales force.
  • Act in coordination with the Ambassadors Team to support the customers.
  • Study, propose and implement activities aimed at developing turnover through the distribution of products.
  • Increase the average turnover per customer in terms of sales and product mix, according to the guidelines received.
  • Support the development of new business.
  • Monitor and analyze the competitors and share information with the sales team following the instructions received.
  • Manage the sales forecasts related to the portfolio.
  • Manage the reporting periodically and during the on-site meetings.
  • Professional and Personal skills

  • Preferable degree and background in economics or equivalent experience.
  • Appreciated a technical understanding in the food (pastry) field.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Languages : Indonesian & English.

    We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Manager to lead our medical imaging equipment sales division. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in radiology equipment sales, strong relationships with healthcare providers, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the medical technology sector.

    What You'll Do

  • Drive sales of CT‑Scan, X‑Ray, MRI and radiology equipment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hospitals and medical facilities.
  • Develop strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for product demonstrations.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Manage key accounts and expand customer base.
  • What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years experience in medical equipment sales.

  • Drive distribution expansion in general trade, vape channels, and non‑vape Channels.
  • Monitor sell‑out performance across assigned territory.
  • Build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retail partners.
  • Negotiate terms, programs, and trade agreements to ensure competitiveness.
  • Monitor distributor performance and resolve operational bottlenecks.
  • Lead, train, and motivate field sales teams (supervisors, trade agents, telemarketing).
  • Set clear targets (daily visits, NOO, repeat orders, fulfillment).
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching.
  • Collaborate with Trade Marketing to implement retail promotions, sampling, and visibility programs.
  • Ensure execution quality in the field (POSM, planogram, compliance to brand guidelines).
  • Monitor ROI of trade programs in assigned markets.
  • Ensure all sales and activation activities comply with local regulations (age‑gating, advertising restrictions, excise requirements).
  • Track and report KPIs : sales volume, market coverage, repeat orders, and team productivity.
  • Provide competitor and market intelligence updates to management.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of sales experience in FMCG, tobacco, or vape industry (at least 2 years in supervisory / managerial role).
  • Strong network in general trade and / or vape store distribution.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate field sales teams.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills.

  • Conduct market research and analysis related with not only petrochemical industry but also customer's end users' industry.
  • Prepare pricing offers and proposals for customers in cooperate with HQ.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for internal use, including target achievements and performance analysis.
  • Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or a master's degree (Chemical, Chemical Engineering and Business Administration is preferable).
  • At least 8 years experiences in a Sales preferably in Petrochemical industry.
  • Understanding logistic work flow about import and export process.
  • Experiences of sales, marketing, business development with petrochemical materials.
  • Good negotiation abilities to come to mutually beneficial agreements for customer and company.
  • Fluent in English, additional languages such as Korean, Japanese, Chinese language is an advantage.
  • Good computer skills for sales reporting and presentations.
  • No issue with travelling domestic and international.
  • Must own a private car and available to use it for daily commute and work related duties.
  • Available to start working as soon as possible.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively participate in the development and spearheading sales projects.
  • Generate revenue and maximize the Company's market share for Lounges, Transit Hotel, F&B and other services that the Company so provided through dynamic sales.
