PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk or its subsidiaries are looking for high potential candidates to be employed as Chief Financial Officer - Retail Sector (Mandarin Speaker) with the following details :

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA / CFA certification is a plus.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in financial leadership roles, with at least 5 years in the retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of fintech business models, digital banking, payment systems, lending platforms, and other financial technologies.
• In-depth understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and risk management in the retail sector.
• Proven experience in fundraising, investor relations, and capital market transactions.
• Strong financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting skills to drive profitability and sustainable growth.
• Hands-on experience with financial technology, data analytics, and automation to optimize financial processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, regulators, and investors.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align financial strategies with business goals.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving retail environment.
• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is required
