Your Mission

We are seeking a motivated and exceptionally organized Executive Assistant (EA) to support our COO in executing strategic initiatives, enhancing operational excellence, and driving organizational success. This role combines the day-to-day execution of administrative tasks with strategic project management, offering an unparalleled opportunity to gain deep insights into executive leadership and organizational strategy.

You will partner directly with our COO, acting as a strategic thought partner and ensuring the seamless operation of their day-to-day responsibilities. This role requires a mix of tactical execution, strategic thinking, and hands-on collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Strategic Leadership & Initiative Management

• Oversee key business initiatives from inception to execution under the guidance of the COO.
• Support the COO in building and implementing organizational strategies and driving alignment across teams.
• Analyze and provide data-driven insights on operational performance and opportunities for growth.
• Act as a sounding board for strategic discussions, ensuring well-informed decision-making.
