Job Description

Lead end to end product development projects from initiation to completion. Conduct market research about market size, competitor, and positioning of the product. Handle sample product tests and product specifications. Collaborate cross-functionally (R&D, Production team, Marketing, Graphic Designer) and with external partners to ensure timely execution of product ideas. Responsible for packaging each product from prototype to final sample. Ensure projects stay on timelines, plans, and objectives. Ensure product quality meets our standard. Continuously update and evaluate product and design to sharpen the product.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Development / Project Management
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills, proactive mindset for creative ideas and solutions
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills for identifying opportunities for innovation and growth
• Proficiency in project management tools
• Detail-oriented with focus on quality and deadlines
• Full knowledge about the product that you are going to develop
• Preferably interested in Mom & Baby, Bedding Industry
