Demonstrated ability to provide strategic HR insights, influence decision-making, and collaborate with senior leadership.

Job Description
- Act As A Strategic Partner To The Leadership Team, Providing HR Expertise And Guidance On IR And Strategic HR Initiatives.
- Lead And Oversee The Investor Relations Function, Ensuring Effective Communication With Investors And Stakeholders.
- Collaborate With Executive Leadership To Develop And Execute HR Initiatives That Support Organizational Growth And Performance Improvement.
- Drive Talent Acquisition Strategies, Employee Engagement Initiatives, Performance Management, And Succession Planning.
- Monitor And Analyze HR Metrics To Identify Trends And Recommend HR Solutions To Enhance Organizational Effectiveness And Efficiency.
- Develop And Implement HR Strategies Aligned With The Company's Business Objectives And Holding Company Requirements.
