Uraian TugasDeveloping and executing sales strategies to achieve growth targets in the modern trade channel. Managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term partnerships. Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborating with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and visibility. Leading a team of sales professionals to achieve performance goals and ensure alignment with company objectives. Analysing sales data to provide insights and recommendations for business growth. Ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Representing the company in meetings and negotiations to secure favourable terms and partnerships. A strong background in sales and account management within the FMCG / retail / distributor industry. Proven 10+ years of ability to develop and implement effective strategies for the modern trade sector. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain partnerships. Leadership skills to manage and motivate a sales team effectively. Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed business decisions. An understanding of market dynamics and consumer behaviour in the retail sector. Understanding about Import process Fluent in English Comprehensive benefits and competitive holiday leave package.
