Job Description

As a Head of Talent Management, your main responsibilities will include :

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Talent Management should have :

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Experience in implementing HR policies within the Energy & Natural Resources industry.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
