ChompChat is a US-based startup building AI-powered ordering and phone systems for restaurants. We’re already live with paying customers, and our dev team in Indonesia has been key to our success.
Role
As our Technical Manager, you’ll sit between the founders and the development team. Your job is to :
- Turn high-level product goals into clear technical tasks
- Give founders visibility into the dev team’s progress and obstacles
- Coach and mentor developers (mostly recent ITB grads)
- Keep projects on track with lightweight process and test-driven design
- Stay hands‑on enough to review code and guide architecture when needed
