Act as a support resource for inquiries related to sales processes and client needs.
Sales Administration and Process Optimization
Manage back-end sales processes, utilizing tools like HubSpot (CRM), Google Sheets, and communication platforms such as Lark.
Assist in creating and customizing standard sales proposals to aid the sales team.
Support lead generation efforts by qualifying inbound leads and identifying business opportunities.
Participate in efforts to analyze and optimize sales processes for efficiency.
Reporting and Support
Help maintain sales records and generate reports to track metrics and performance.
Provide support to the Business Development team in enhancing client relationships and identifying business opportunities.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.
Attention to detail for managing data entry and records.
Proficiency in using Google Suite (Sheets, Slides) and a willingness to learn CRM tools like HubSpot.
Good organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively.
Adaptability and eagerness to develop skills in sales support and administration.
