Job Description :

• Study and evaluate the operation of all plants to improve performance and efficiency.
• Monitor all process parameters and ensure plant personnel strictly adhere to set parameters.
• Monitor variations in process conditions that may affect end product quality.
• Ensure all department personnel are properly trained in all related job functions and computerized systems to carry out their duties at the optimum level.
• Keep up to date the content / records and implementation of all related work manuals, procedures, and work instructions in the department reflective of ISO 9001, HACCP, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, RSPO, ISO 22000, KOSHER, and HALAL.
• Initiate quality improvement and cost-saving programs, investigate any non-conformities or discrepancies, and ensure the effectiveness of all procedural implementations that may be implemented by the company from time to time.
• Ensure all machinery consigned to the production department are operating at the utmost performance level by ensuring timely servicing, calibration, and maintenance.
• Ensure efficient coordination with installation, quality controllers, suppliers, customers, and transporters on the movement of products.
