Job Description
- Oversee daily operations of multiple retail stores, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational processes, improve productivity, and reduce costs.
- Establish operational benchmarks, set targets, and ensure performance meets organizational goals.
- Drive store performance to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans to address underperforming areas.
- Implement training programs to develop employees' skills in customer service, sales, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor the activities of the customer service department of retail outlets to ensure a satisfied customer.
- Visit retail establishments to ensure efficient and effective management as well as high-performance sales.
- Implement risk management processes and ensure regular audits are conducted to identify and address operational issues.
Requirements
Possess Bachelor’s Degree from any major with minimum GPA 3.00.Have more than 10-years of experience as a Retail Operation Manager.Fluency in English, both spoken and written.Have retail management skills (Opening New Outlet, P&L, Costing, Store Operation, and Training).Fully understanding of store operations, handling complaints, staff development, and customer relation.Perks and Benefits
