What You'll Do

The Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations for a B2B frozen meat product business. This role involves managing teams across marketing, export & import, logistics, and warehouse management to ensure seamless operations from the warehouse to the final delivery of products to customers.

• Supply Chain Management : Overseeing the entire supply chain process including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics for B2B frozen meat products.
• Warehouse & Logistics Management : Managing warehouse operations, logistics, and transportation teams.
• Team Leadership & Management : Leading and managing marketing, export & import, and logistics teams.
• Business Strategy & Operations : Developing and implementing operational strategies that align with business goals.
• Quality & Compliance : Ensuring all operations adhere to industry standards and implementing quality control measures.
• Budgeting & Financial Management : Managing the operational budget and analyzing key performance indicators.
