Job Description
As a Head of Operation, your main roles will include :
- Oversee end-to-end clinic operations across all branches, ensuring consistency in service delivery, SOP compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement scalable operational frameworks to handle rapid growth and multi-site coordination.
- Manage cross-functional teams including clinic managers, supply chain, and customer service to optimise work flows and resource utilisation.
- Partner with executive team on strategic planning, budgeting, and expansion road-maps.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, risk management, and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Developing and implementing strategies to optimise processes and improve efficiency.
- Identifying opportunities for growth and innovation within the retail operations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of Operation should have :
Minimum 10 years of experience in multi-site operations, preferably in health-care, beauty, or retail service industries.Proven track record in scaling operations, managing teams, and implementing SOPs across diverse locations.Strong strategic thinking skills with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Familiarity with CRM systems, inventory management, and customer experience metrics.Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related fieldWhats on Offer
