Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum GPA of 3.0.
Below 30 years old.
Strong analytical skills.
Quick and timely problem-solving skills.
Ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
Good skills and knowledge in software, hardware, and network
management.
Proficiency in telephony platforms such as Cisco Call Manager, Avaya, Asterisk,
Knowledge of SIP, RTP, QoS, and other telephony protocols.
Familiarity with network infrastructure, including LAN / WAN and VPN
configurations.
ITIL Foundation Certification (good-to-have).
CCNA Collaboration or equivalent (good-to-have).
Avaya Certified Specialist (ACS) or similar (good-to-have).
