Position Summary

We are looking for a B2B CAC Technical Engineer with strong expertise in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems and Energy Solutions (ES) to join our growing B2B team in Amman, Jordan . The role will focus on providing technical support, solution design, and project execution to ensure optimal performance of LG’s Commercial Air Conditioning systems.

What you’ll do

• Provide technical support for CAC (Commercial Air Conditioning) and Energy Solution projects from design to installation and commissioning.
• Conduct product selection, system design validation, and performance analysis for HVAC solutions.
• Support sales teams by preparing technical proposals, drawings, and solution presentations.
• Ensure compliance with LG’s quality standards and local regulatory requirements.
• Conduct site visits, system inspections, and troubleshooting for ongoing projects.
• Deliver technical training to partners, consultants, and contractors on LG HVAC and ES products.
• Collaborate with regional HQ teams to enhance solution efficiency and technical capabilities.
• Support tender preparation and technical evaluation with customers and consultants.
