Job descriptionDiutamakan memiliki pengalaman bekerja di bidang pergadaian atau industri keuangan / finansial minimal 4 tahun. Mampu menyusun dan mereview perjanjian / kontrak. Diutamakan memiliki kemampuan negosiasi dan analisa hukum yang baik. Jujur, teliti, komunikatif, dan mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun tim. Mampu mengoperasikan MS Office, membuat report berkala terkait progres kerja. Terdaftar dan telah memiliki KTA yang aktif Lokasi kerja di Modernland - Tangerang
Responsibilities
- Memberikan pendapat hukum terkait bisnis perusahaan dan bidang ketenagakerjaan.
- Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan yang berlaku.
- Mengurus perizinan yang diperlukan.
- Berkoordinasi dengan pihak internal maupun eksternal terkait aspek hukum.
- Melakukan mitigasi, somasi dan pendampingan terkait tindak pidana.
