Head of Production Department

Job descriptionExpertise in production, supply chain, and maintenance management Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Active and excellent communication and coordination skills across departments Willing to be placed in Cikarang, West Java Lead and manage overall plant operations, including production, supply chain, and maintenance. Develop production schedules, set output targets, and allocate resources effectively. Monitor and analyze production performance to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with standards. Ensure raw material availability and maintain optimal inventory levels of materials and finished goods. Ensure optimal machine performance through effective preventive and corrective maintenance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality. Plan, manage, and control budgets to ensure cost efficiency and effectiveness across operations. Prepare reports for management on weekly, monthly, and annual basis. Develop team capabilities through training, coaching, and structured performance management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Minimum 7-8 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in label / packaging manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, & ISO 45001
- Proven experience in leading large teams (>
100 people)
