Job Description

HR Operations is responsible for activities related to the collaborative or direct support of people management strategies to address issues including compensation, talent acquisition, relocation, diversity, training, employee relations, and organizational development. Responsible for the firm’s human resources (HR) call center, payroll, HR information systems, and reporting. The Service Center focus specializes in handling employee questions, and dealing with issues relating to company policies, benefits, payroll, or any other related inquiries.
